Susannah Barr
Susannah Barr started playing pickleball at the local YMCA in Boise, Idaho in 2018, with her then 10-year-old son and rapidly discovered a passion for the sport. She quickly rose to playing at the pro level and became certified as a pickleball coach. She splits time between playing pro eents, coaching pickleball, and The Flying Pickle.
Susannah plays singles and doubles but prefers doubles. She is a student of the game and loves the strategy aspects that can be used to defeat stronger teams. She says i’s like figuring out the pieces to a puzzle.
Ultimately, she values the friendships she has made through pickleball and the laughter she finds on the court.
