Rick is an old friend of mine from Cali, and a brilliant writer. Check out his "rants" on the website. He just finished hiking the Appalachian Trail (Yes, all 2,000+ miles of it!) and his Tales of the Trail are fascinating.
(This nut is now hiking the Continental Divide Trail, in hopes of raising awareness & prevention of suicide. His goal is to end the trail at the funeral of Hunter S. Thompson. on August 20th, then finish writing the book. Click on the Gonzo symbol on his website and read all about it.)
His book is now DONE! He wrote a book titled "Dead Men Hike No Trails", signed first editions available for purchase on his website. Buy one and help support a great writer! (also available on Amazon.com)
